Does Entrupy provide a financial guarantee?

Yes. Each authentication certificate created is backed by a financial guarantee.

While it is highly unlikely that an inauthentic item will be misidentified as authentic, Entrupy provides a financially-backed one-year limited guarantee for every authentication issue, to protect the certificate holder from financial losses due to errant results. If you believe that an Entrupy verified item supported by an Entrupy Certificate is not authentic, you may open a dispute request in accordance with this policy.

Does Entrupy provide Authenticity Certificates?

Yes. Following your purchase, you will receive the Entrupy Authenticity Certificate. The certificate is loaded on an Entrupy server and cannot be manipulated. 

Entrupy's certificate, which are provided for all items over £1000, give you the security and assurance that the item you are buying is authentic. For items below this value, a small fee is chargeable should you wish to use this service.
